How it works:

We will lease your property for a minimum of 12 months and use it to host guests coming into town short-term either for work or to visit family who needs a place to stay for a couple of nights.  These guests generally want to stay in condos or houses like yours instead of a hotel. They book online with us, stay a few nights, and leave a few days later. In between these guests, a professional cleaning company will clean the property from top to bottom and then prepare it for the next guest.

 

When they book online, they pay in full for their stay. We have their identification—license or passport—their identities are verified, so we know who they are. And they’ve been vetted and carefully chosen by us. 

 

This doesn’t require any more work from you, there’s nothing extra you need to do. We will furnish the property and ensure it is regularly inspected, cleaned, and maintained.

 

Every month, we'll pay you the rent on time, exactly what you’re asking, with no extra work or involvement on your part.

 

We will manage everything. We will never have to call you about anything. You don’t have to pay any property management fees.  You’ll never have to worry about the guests.

 

We'll sign the lease, and you’ll collect your cheques!
